PUERTO RICO STATE GUARD COMMAND
The Puerto Rico Army State Guard Command consists of the 400th Brigade Headquarters, 100th Military Police Battalion (MP), 500th Engineering Battalion (EN), and the 200th Civil Support Battalion (CSB). These Battalions are composed of four units (Company) per Battalion. Each Company is attached to a Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) Regional Joint Task Force authorized in accordance with the Joint Operation Plan (JOPLAN).
The training of the Companies, Battalions, and the Brigade is conducted in strict adherence to the Regulations, Directives, Instructions, and guidance of the Commanding General of the Puerto Rico State Guard Command, the Puerto Rico National Guard, and the Adjutant General of Puerto Rico.

100th MILITARY POLICE BATTALION

The Military Police Battalion and Companies are composed of law enforcement professionals, including state police, municipal police, and state military police. They provide support to the Puerto Rico National Guard in the event of natural disasters, civil disturbances, or emergency declarations. The principal missions of the Military Police Battalion and Companies (MP) are as follows:
• Conduct Transit Operations.
• Undertake Security Operations.

200th CIVIL SUPPORT BATTALION

The Civil Support Battalion and Companies are composed of service members who provide support to the Puerto Rico National Guard, state, and federal agencies in the event of natural disasters or emergency declarations. The principal mission of the Civil Support Battalion and Companies (CSB) are as follows:
• Conduct Point of Distribution (POD) Ops.
• Carry out Regional Staging Area (RSA) Ops.
• Provide Liaison Officers (LNO) for state agencies.
