Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC): El Curso Básico de Líderes para Oficiales, es el curso de capacitación para todos los Oficiales Comisionados del Comando Estatal de la Guardia Nacional de Puerto Rico (GNPR) donde adquirirá las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para marcar la diferencia como líder en la GNPR. El BOLC se divide en dos áreas y cada una se centra en un aspecto diferente para convertirte en un Oficial. The Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) is the core component of training for all Commissioned Officers in the Puerto Rico State Guard Command; Where you'll acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to make a difference as a leader in the Puerto Rico State Guard Command. BOLC is split into two areas with each being focused on a different aspect of becoming an Officer.
