The creation of a Cybersecurity Corps within the Title 32 USC §101-908 National Guard and State Guard forces is an innovative answer to many of these key needs. This corps will report to the Adjutant General of each sovereign U.S. state or territory within which its members serve.  A Cybersecurity Corps can be modeled after a blend of cybersecurity organizations in other nations and proven models in other domains of security and safety inside the United States.
