Expert Medical Badge (EMB) is a special badge that recognizes qualified State Guard Association United State (SGAUS) medical personnel who demonstrate a high degree of professional skill, and proficiency. It recognizes medical personnel who can perform emergency medical tasks, common soldier tasks that support medical care in the field, and promotes esprit de corps.
